30 Days Return/Exchange Policy

The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Within 30 days of receipt)
It arrived wrong item/color.
It arrived damaged, in the wrong size, or in poor/defective quality.
You received the incorrect photo charm. If the picture’s appearance is different from the photo provided to Laser.
Packages were get lost in transit.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Outside of the 30 days of receipt)
Special sale items(lucky bag) and Clearance items(Final Sale) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products that are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance cannot be returned or exchanged.
Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.

First of all, please contact our after-sale service via email or submit a request here, we will check the issues and confirm the return details for you. Otherwise, we do not accept the return without the consent of the customer service.
Please send the related evidence to confirm the problem, so we can claim it for you.
Buyers are responsible for returning the items in their original conditions within 2 weeks of delivery of items at the seller’s expense through registered mails with the online delivery tracking number.
The refunds will be returned back to you in 3 business days after we receive the item in good condition.
